In collaboration with two classmates, Tanner Dunning and Avery Jones, I had the pleasure of developing Sundry, an exciting map-building game based on science. Our goal was to create a game that allowed players to build a forest with the most variety, giving them the option to construct their own forest or launch attacks on neighboring ones. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, we based the game mechanics on scientific principles, with the aim of mirroring the functions of a real forest. As a part of this project, I was responsible for creating the logotype and illustrations for many of the characters featured in the game.

We worked together as a team to create the mechanics, going through many rounds of player testing. It was an honor to have our hard work recognized with an EUReCA award from the University of Tennessee. Sundry remains one of my most cherished and memorable projects.
